By using Mimas, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear and fair.

Summary

Mimas is an iOS app for adding watermarks to photos. Buy once, use forever. Your content is yours. We don't touch your data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Mimas ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Mimas on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

3. Mimas Pro — In-App Purchase

  • Mimas Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase at $2.99 USD (or local equivalent).
  • Once purchased, Mimas Pro unlocks batch export, unlimited device templates, and EXIF write-back on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
  • A 7-day free trial grants full access before purchase. After the trial ends, paid features require purchase.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to photos and content you process with Mimas. We claim no ownership over your photos or watermarked outputs. All processing happens entirely on your device.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use Mimas only for lawful purposes. You may not use Mimas to:

  • Process or distribute content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Create misleading or fraudulent images
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mimas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mimas, including any loss of photos or data.

Important: Always maintain backups of your original photos. While Mimas creates new copies and does not modify originals, we recommend backing up your photo library regularly.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

3. Mimas Pro — 应用内购买

  • 购买后，使用相同 Apple ID 登录的所有设备均可解锁：批量导出、无限设备模板、EXIF 回写。
  • 提供 7 天免费试用，试用期内可体验全部功能；试用结束后付费功能需购买后使用。
  • 购买由 Apple 处理，退款受 Apple 退款政策约束。

4. 您的内容

您保留通过 Mimas 处理的所有照片和内容的权利。我们对您的照片或水印输出不主张任何所有权。所有处理完全在本地设备完成。

5. 允许的使用方式

您同意仅将 Mimas 用于合法目的。您不得使用 Mimas：

  • 处理或传播侵犯第三方知识产权的内容
  • 创建误导性或欺诈性图像
  • 违反任何适用法律法规

6. 免责声明

Mimas 按"现状"提供，不提供任何形式的保证。我们不保证应用不中断、无错误或适合任何特定用途。

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用 Mimas 而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任，包括照片或数据的丢失。

重要提示：请始终备份您的原始照片。虽然 Mimas 创建副本且不修改原图，我们仍建议您定期备份照片库。

8. 变更

我们保留随时修改应用或本条款的权利。变更后继续使用应用即视为接受新条款。

9. 管辖法律

本条款受开发者所在司法管辖区的法律管辖，不考虑法律冲突原则。
