1. Information We Collect

We collect nothing. Mimas operates entirely on-device. No personal information, photo data, EXIF metadata, or usage data is ever sent to any server.

2. Photos and Camera Roll Access

Mimas requests access to your Photos library solely to:

• Read EXIF metadata from photos you select for watermarking
• Save watermarked photos to the dedicated "Mimas" album
• Write EXIF metadata back to a new copy of your photo

Your photos are processed entirely on-device. No photo data is ever uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any third party.

3. In-App Purchases

Mimas Pro is available as a one-time non-consumable purchase processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle your payment information directly. Apple's Privacy Policy governs payment processing.

4. Analytics and Tracking

Mimas contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind. We have no visibility into how you use the app.

5. Data Storage

The only data stored by Mimas is:

• Your device templates (camera model presets) — stored locally in SwiftData on your device
• A record of exported photos (thumbnail + metadata) for the in-app library — stored locally
• Your trial start date and purchase status — stored locally in UserDefaults

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Mimas does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, this is straightforward: no data from anyone, of any age, is collected.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the date above and release a new app version. Since we collect no data, any changes will only ever make this policy more protective of your privacy.
